This resolves STRADCOM-Sumbilla Group's Motion for

Reconsideration1 dated 22 April 2015 of the Court's Decision 2 dated 11
March 2015. On record is STRADCOM-Quiambao's Opposition 3 to the
said Motion for Reconsideration, dated 20 May 2015, as well as
STRADCOM-Sumbilla's Reply4 thereto dated 8 June 2015.

Finding no new matter of substance which would warrant the

modification, much less the reversal of the assailed Decision,
STRADCOM-Sumbilla's Motion for Reconsideration is hereby
DENIED for lack of merit.
