Quit smoking
Smoking can make Heart Failure worse. If you want to quit, some successful

Avoid alcohol
Alcohol can be harmful for patients with heart failure, so it is best to discuss
your drinking with your doctor. Any alcohol (beer, wine, liquor, moonshine)
