Executive Board Meeting Minutes

Meeting began at 4:30 PM

Treasurer’s Report:
Current balances are:

$ 263.95 – M&T Checking Account (total checking)

Sunshine Committee:
There were none this month.

Sick Bank:
Still have sufficient number of sick days in the sick bank

Grievances:
Robin from HR came in to discuss what’s happing with the health insurance
process when using out of network. This is for people on the Classic Blue plan
only, not the PPO plan. 80/20 will apply when using out of network. This was
resolved internally instead of proceeding to the next step in the process: court.

Complaints/Questions:
None

Membership Updates:
We continue to review our membership rolls to keep most up-to-date information.
We welcome all new members to BSSA for the start of the new school year.

New Business:

Language in contract regarding vacation time when members retire needs to be

clarified.

Starting September 12th paycheck, the following deductions will start:

Dues - $26.80
Disability - $7.15

Next Board Meeting – Monday, October 7 @ 430 p.m. – ISC-E
