Head Injury Society
I will be guiding yoga every Wednesday from 11.30-12.30pm. I have personal experience with head injury and trauma in my body as well as teaching others who have experienced this as well. I do believe that trauma and pain are universal and that changing our relationship to our body and mind can help us unlock our own potential to heal. And for myself, mindfulness, yoga and meditation have worked on my own healing journey to feeling embodied, empowered and whole. I am very passionate and grateful to share my journey and the tools that have helped me along the way with others. This will be a well rounded, gentle yoga class that incorporates, balance, strength, flexibility and different breathing and meditation techniques.
