1. HANDLING AND LIFTING PROCEDURE
1.1. General
The object of this procedure is to ensure a safe and secure lifting and handling. Improper
lifting operations may result in damage to personnel and property. The operations must
conform (o national standards. Before lifting, remember to check the lifting capacity. When
lifting, ensure sufficient clearance to other items to avoid damage.
1.2 Scope
The delivery is one Dead Line Anchor with the following dimensions and weight:
Size: 1375 x 823 x 1036mm (L x Wx H)
Weight Approx. 1550 Ke.
1.3 Lifting
1.3.1 General
The Deadline Anchor is transported horizontally on a wooden skid, secured with
straps and wrapped with plastic film. A forklift should lift it,
During installation of the Deadline Anchor, it is important to evaluate cach operation
involving lifting of the equipment to maintain the safety for the involved personnel.
