Developing a Program Portfolio

By developing a program portfolio of Herbalife, they use to explain us on how they


develop that portfolio since it’s privacy. In the Herbalife Nutritional Club, they used a
Portfolio in Project Management to collect a projects and programs to achieve the strategic
objectives. The Herbalife portfolio which would then consist of all projects, programs and all
operational work within the business. Herbalife portfolio gives the opportunity to

the portfolio so that the right projects and programs are selected and implemented.
Monitoring and controlling are key to the process, since their portfolio composition is not a
