JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DIS-INTERESTED PERSONS

We, DIZON M. MARIA and ROSITA A. MARIA, 62 and 73 years

of age, Filipinos, married and residents of Malasag, Cugman, Cagayan
de Oro City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and state:

1. That we know the couple named ELEUTERIO and TEONESA

JABINIAO who were our neighbors in Malasag, Cugman,
Cagayan de Oro City ;

2. That TEONESA L. JABINIAO died some time on January 29,

1964 giving birth to the couple’s twin daughters MARIA
ESPERANZA and MARIA CARIDAD at their house;

3. That however, the fact of the death of Teonesa Jabiniao has not
been duly recorded in the City Civil Registrar, hence there is no
existing Death Certificate reflecting the same;

4. That we know the foregoing facts because we were neighbors of

the Jabiniao family for a very long time;

5. That we have executed this affidavit for whatever legal purpose

this may serve.
