REQUEST FOR 120 DAKAOTA PALLETS FOR GAUFESTIVAL CONCERT

1. Discussion between Maj A.C Strugnell and OC 101 Air Supply Unit Lt Col Tladi has
reference.

2. CSANDF has authorised the performance of a combined services band at the

International Gaufestival on 21 September 2019.

3. Due to DCC not being able to supply a stage for the event it is respectfully requested
that your unit assist us with the provision of 120 Dakota pallets to enable us to construct a
platform for the event.

4. It is envisaged that the pallets will be collected on Thursday 19 September 2019 and
returned to your unit on Monday 23 September 2019.
