Being an industrial engineering student at Universidade Federal Fluminense I have training
and studies in project development and management, market analysis, product development and
HR management.
I possess work experience as a Customer attendant at GEFCO, company responsible for
logistics solutions for groups like PSA, Fiat and other brands, where I could improve my skills in
interpersonal communication, customer centricity (customer satisfaction indicators and other
related KPIs), fast-responding, fire-fighting behavior work model, bottlenecks analysis and Excel
capability.
Furthermore, I worked as Vice-president at AIESEC, an international non-governmental not-
for-profit organization. I developed in this experience many soft and hard skills, such as emotional
intelligence, team work, fast problem solving, leadership, creativity, training capacity, negotiation
and customer focus mindset; office skills, e-mail management, management tools.
My last experience was working at Procter & Gamble, where I was able to develop advanced
skills specifically in two positions – Process Engineer, working on optimization and improvements for
lines’ performance and the implementation of the TPM management system and Site Initiatives
Execution Leader, working with projects and start-ups for new products for our portfolio, developing
all the readiness path to deliver new products to the market, helping the brand development.
I can guarantee a fast learning curve, combining with the will to improve my skills in benefit
of the company, and that's why I believe I am a good fit for your company. I am passionate about
team work, analysis and management; the opportunity to work in a huge company such as Nuclep
