As an effective school leader, I will strive to create a positive culture for all stakeholders. As a school,

we will create an environment of safety and joy. Every student will be excited to come to school each

day. We will encourage problem-solving and innovation through effective, data-driven planning to

create opportunities for all students to achieve to their highest ability. Together we will create a

productive culture of growth for all staff and students with high expectations for success. I will model

for everyone how building lifelong relationships are essential for academic and emotional growth.

Compassion will be the foundation that drives a strong and purposeful work ethic and will be modeled

by all stakeholders.
