INSTRUCTIONS
Please Note
1. You are provisionally permitted to appear for Written Test on 27 May 2017 (Saturday) as per schedule given above. Your
candidature for this test is provisional and subject to fulfilling the prescribed age, educational qualification and other
conditions as specified in the advertisement/prospectus; subject to a detailed scrutiny at later stage.
2. This Admit card has been generated based on your first choice of course.
3. Please affix a recent photograph on this Admit Card.
4. Candidates are expected to reach the Test Center 45 min. prior to the commencement of the test. Candidates reporting
late / after 15 minutes of the commencement of the exam will not be allowed. .
5. Admit Card will be verified and signed by the invigilator during the test and the Upper Part will be collected by him/her.
6. You must bring with you two HB pencils, eraser, sharpener and blue or black ball point pen for appearing in the written test.
Do not bring mobile phone, slide rule, calculator, etc.
7. Candidates applying for a Design course are required to bring SMALL SCISSORS, COMPASS, SCALE, CRAYONS, WAX
OR PENCIL COLORS, and GLUE STICK etc. Water/poster/oil/sketch pen colors are not allowed.
8. Candidates who have opted for a Design course in any of their course choices are required to appear for the
Design Aptitude Test (DAT).
9. Candidates are required to bring their Portfolio / creative work for Personal Interview.
10. Answers are to be marked on the Answer sheet with BALL POINT PEN only. Please refer detailed instructions on “How To Fill
The Answer Card” given below.
11. Traveling and other expenses for taking the written test will be borne by the candidate himself / herself.
12. No request for change of test centre will be entertained.
13. Any attempt to influence will lead to disqualification of candidature.
14. You are requested to bring a valid Photo-ID proof along with you.
Answer sheets are scanned by machine to compute the scores. Accuracy in scoring is dependent on the examinees marking their
answer sheets properly. Therefore, accurate scoring is dependent on your strict adherence to the following instructions:
1. Please fill in your details in the Answer Card / Sheet carefully immediately on receipt of GPT Paper.
2. Every question has four answer options.
3. Mark the answer option number by FILLING the corresponding circle on the answer sheet, using Ball Pen only.
4. Cross [X] the entire square. Incomplete / partial shading may be considered as wrong answer.
5. Cross [X] only one square. In case you cross more than one square the answer will be treated as wrong.
6. Do not tear, bend or mutilate the Answer Sheet.
