Pageant Management Agreement

Goal: Compete and Place in North America Princess Pageant January 2019 with assistance of
ARIO Management LLC.

Responsibilities of ARIO Management:

1) Fundraising- Create Crowdfunding Campaigns, Assist with Setting up Benefit Shows &
Use Tactics To Create Monetary Support
2) Services- Contact and Set Up Services needed for the competition such as Hair &
Makeup Artist, Choreographer & Dancers, Coaches, Photographers.
3) Promoting & Politicking- Promote Contestant throughout the process such as sharing
Promo Photo On Social Media as well as use sources to create a Buzz. Link Client up
with people in the pageant system.
4) Feedback- Inform Client of full process with services and give feedback on package.

Responsibilities of Client:
1) Fundraising- Promote Crowdfunding Campaigns, Assist with Setting up Benefit Shows &
Use Tactics To Create Monetary Support. Create a Budget Plan and turn into ARIO to
execute budget plan properly.
2) Services- When Services are needed for the competition such as Hair & Makeup Artist,
Choreographer & Dancers, Coaches, Photographers ; you attend scheduled sessions on
time and pay all fees when due.
3) Promoting & Politicking- Promote Yourself throughout the process such as sharing
Promo Photo On Social Media as well as using sources to create a Buzz. Link up with
people in the pageant system.
4) Feedback- Inform ARIO of full process including changes with services and package.

Compensation & Cancellation: $50 per month Due every 30 days after signature of client.
Payments can be made via PayPal ARIOManagementLLC@gmail.com . If client chooses to
discontinue services of ARIO a written statement regarding reasoning 14 days Prior to next
payment must be sent via email. If ARIO chooses to discontinue services a written statement 7
days Prior clients next payment must be sent via email. Both parties must acknowledge that
email was sent and accepted.

Amendments: Must be done Below 7 days Prior to Payment.
