In consonance with DepEd Order No. 66, s. 2007 “Revised Guidelines on the Appointment and Promotion of Other Teaching, Related Teaching and Non-Teaching Positions", an annual ranking for vacancies to Teacher Il ‘and Teacher II positions is hereby declared, 2 Se form LIFTED PE} -ACHER: Te id Teacher IIT positions and to be ready with their documents and submit applications on the Specific date provided below and every year thereafter for ranking purposes. Qualified teachers who do not wish to join the ranking shall submit a waiver. 3. Attached is the basic qualification for Teacher II and Teacher Il positions. To be eligible for ranking for promotion, the applicant should have atleast a Very Satisfactory Performance Rating forthe last three (3) rating periods prior to histher application, 4 Interested and qualified applicants shall submit the following documents, one (1) photocopy each, to be placed ina while long folder, arranged as listed and fastened atthe left side. Tinga, Naga Cy Camarines Su 400, 5. The criteria for ranking Teacher It Teacher Il, Teacher Ito Teacher Ill and Teacher Ito Teacher Ill positions and its corresponding points are as follows: a. Performance : 35 points b. Experience - 5 points Outstanding Accomplishments - 20 points ‘Outstanding Employee Award (4 points) b. Innovation (4 points) ©. Research & Dev't Projects (4 points) 4. The details on how to assign the points for each criterion and the forms to be used are found in the attached Matrix of Equivalent which is in consonance with DepEd Order No. 66, s. 2007, 7. The school ranklist for elementary level shall be prepared by a committe of five (5) headed by the Schoo! Head assisted by Grade Level Chairpersons/Master Teachers (when applicable) or teachers occupying Teacher Til Positions. A secretariat shall be assigned to facilitate the documentation and preparation of ranklist. 8, For secondary level, it shall be prepared by a commitee of five (5) headed by the School Head assisted by four (4) Department Heads/Master Teachers (when applicable) or teachers occupying Teacher Ill positions. A secretariat shall be assigned to facilitate the documentation and preparation of ranklist. ‘9. The school ranklist prepared shall then be submitted and indorsed by the School Head to the Chairman of the Division Review Committee. After which, a District Ranklist (Elementary) and School Ranklist (Secondary) shall be prepared and posted not later than April 30 of every year. PERFORMANCE RATING (35 points) ‘The performance rating of the candidate for the last three (3) rating periods prior to screening should at least be ‘Very Satisfactory (VS). The averaze of the numerical ratings is being multiplied to 35%, 2016-2017 9.94 2015-2016 8.80. 2014-2015 888 -9.94+ 8 80+ 88=27.62 divided by 3 (ating pesods) Average: 9.21 x 35% = 32.24 ‘Note: only applicants with complete three (3) performance ratings should be included in the ranking in ‘compliance with the provision set in DepEd Order No. 29, s, 2002 B. EXPERIENCE (6 points) Experience must be relevant to the duties and functions of the positions to be filled, with every year given a point but not to exceed 5 points. Every month of service in excess of one (1) year shall be given corresponding points. The reference date should be the date when the teacher was hired as permanent teacher.
