    Respected Principal,

    I, Muhammad Faraz, am writing this application as a request for refunding the admission
    charges paid by my side after I have decided to withdraw my admission from your college.

    I applied for the admission in your college as an AS level intake before my results were
    announced. I was expecting a good percent of scholarship on my previous and present grades.
    But unfortunately, I did not achieve my dreamt grades. I have already paid the admission fee
    challan of Rs.62, 500 on 12th July 2019 but upon inquiring the fees per month (which was
    Rs.27, 500 after my 20% of scholarship), my parents have decided that we will not be able to
    afford such a huge amount, hence we want to withdraw our admission as well as the paid
    admission charges. I belong to a very mediocre family and this amount paid is very huge for us.
    We did take a financial base form but still my parents are unsure of the fact whether they will
    be able to afford my A levels at your college or not.

    (A copy of the paid fee challan is stapled alongside this application)
