Part-1: -
1.) Before doing any presentation knowing about the topic very well is the most important
part. So, in this case first I should know about the history of the organisation, from when it
started and which product they are into like in this case some manufacturing companies are
into textile, trading of garments and retail chain. Even I need to get data about there total
outlets and factories, where are they located and what is the total revenue of the company.
Even I should about every owner of the company who all the joint venture and all.Even also
know about the existing insurance and the number of employees .

2.) From all the data and information which will be collected from the company will be
analysed and then segregate so the that I can take that information which I need to be present
in front of all. What information does the organization want to know?

3.) Pre-Presentation activities: -

i. Visit to the organization to meet the assistant for gathering some information

ii. Define the objective of the presentation

iii. Select a topic

iv. Prepare the body of the presentation

v. Prepare the introduction and conclusion

vi. Practice delivering the presentation

4.)
i. Award and Achievement of the Organization
ii. USP about the product that is suitable for their need

5)
i. Any query regarding the presentation.
ii. Some Feedback.
Part 2:

1) Joint venture.
2) The Insurer should have appropriate income for having that much cover.
3) Expertise from outside.
