Let’s celebrate and feel the spirit of Christmas this December while showcasing the
talents of children from your foundation in our annual charity bazaar, “Event Name” at
Venue.

Event Name is known for having loads of choice selections from foreign and local
exhibitors of clothing, bags, food, novelty items, gifts and more that will let you have an
unforgettable holiday experience. Aside from the exhibits, performances and
competitions, ‘pocket event’ is one of highlights of the event where different foundations
can perform their best Christmas carol.

We believe that the ‘pocket event’ will help the children from your foundation to enjoy
and feel the presence of Christmas while voicing out the needs of the foundation. With
regards to that, we are inviting your foundation to be part of this year’s singing charity
event. With your participation, we offer you free food or snacks upon arrival from the
venue and free entrance for the participants and gift packs from our sponsors.
Unfortunately, transportation expenses cannot be shouldered by the organizers,
company name. However, for the benefit of the performing foundation, the visitors can
give in-kind or cash donations.
