We are the 12th grade students from Cebu Institute of Technology- University. We are
conducting a research entitled, “An Examination on the Effectiveness of Steel Mesh as a
Waste Filter to the Drainage System”. The research aims to examine the effectiveness of
the prototype that is to be made by the researchers in filtering the garbage on the drainage
system.

In line with this, may we request from your good office to allow us to make use of the two
drainage systems in your barangay. We would like to place two of the prototypes we made
in your drainage systems.
