ALBERT BANDURA’S
BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH
ALBERT BANDURA is a Canadian-American Psychologist, Born on December
04, 1925 at Mundara Alberta Canada, he is the youngest and only son out of six
siblings of his parents. On 1952 he got married to Virginia Vans and they blessed
with two daughters Carol & Mary.

At the age of 21, he graduated High School and work at Yukon where it begins
his interest in human Psychopathology and he exposed to the sub-culture of the
people on Yukon like drinking & gambling so his views and perspective in life
become broaden.

Bandura’s also took a Bachelor’s Degree at University of Bristish Columbia, He

graduated on 1949 with Bolocan Award also outstanding Student in psychology . He
received his master’degree on University of Lowa year 1951 and 1952 he took his
doctorate in clinical psychology.

On the field of Psychology he received numerous awards as recognition to

his contributions , One of this award is the Award for Outstanding Lifetime
Contribution to Psychology received from the APA-American Psychological
Association.
