    Computer hardware failure, repair and warranty is between the Client and the Hardware Supplier therefore any hardware
    problems will be referred to Client’s Hardware Supplier unless Hardware is provided by SIMsoft. SIMsoft will charge PhP
    5,000.00 for software reinstallation after Hardware Repair or reformat.
