Sho Chiku Bai

Sho Chiku Bai means "Pine Bamboo Plum". This most traditional style of sake is naturally smooth and
well balanced. The full-bodied flavor of Sho Chiku Bai is deliciously enhanced when it is served warm. It
goes best with mildly seasoned dishes, grilled or poached fish or meat, sushi, tempura, sukiyaki, teriyaki,
all Japanese foods, and many other Asian dishes.

Snow Maiden

This is fairly thick and chewy nigori (cloudy sake), but it is still surprisingly dry. The aromas are bright and
fresh and they show a lovely ricey and fruity combination. In the mouth, this sake has solid weight and
gives the same flavors of fresh fruit and creamy fresh rice. The finish has a pleasant astringency and is
nicely mellow. It pairs perfectly with desserts and can be tried with crab rangoons, five-spice pork
spareribs, spicy tuna poke, and coconut macaroons

Tyku

TY KU is designated “Junmai Ginjo,” one of the highest grades of sake (less than 10% of all sake ) and
uses 4 all-natural ingredients – premium non-GMO rice, pure soft water, yeast, and handmade koji –
making it one of the purest alcoholic beverages on the planet. Its appearance is clear and bright. On
swirling it leaves a very thin coat on the glass with scalloping then a quick dissolve into star like droplets.
It has a floral, fragrant smell. Its taste is very delicate, with pear or lychee type notes. It is very mild,
slightly fruity with some spice to it, TY KU and many other quality sakes are either served at room
temperature or chilled (slightly- this is not something to put in the freezer).
