ABOUT VISION MISSION AND CORE VALUES (VLOG)

My reflection of our vlog is fun because everyone is united in their opinions. We showed
us a vlog about how we as teachers can apply our vision, mission and core values to our
school. The amount I evaluated each one was how much I learned with each idea.
Everyone's ideas are so good that they come together right away and help each other get on
with life. Our vlogs not only keep us in mind but we also keep in our hearts because every
you need to do things doesn't mean everyone should approve of the mean things. Vision
mission and core values are important to us because you know what the school is all about
and why the school is so important. And I realized that it was fun to do the group when
everyone was together. Our vlog was made in school. Our vlog is about the following
"vision" we will lead in making the Philippines healthy. "Mission" to deliver appropriate
accessible and Affordable healthcare to the communities we serve and lastly "Core Values"
Excellence-We always choose right things right, Integrity-We do right thing even if no one is
watching, Collaboration-We work alongside each other to achieve common goal,
Commitment-We fulfil our promise, Compassion-We have genuine concern for adults. We
showed in our vlog how important each one is because once we got to work we were asked
by the big companies what vision mission and core values we had to answer and we could
explain why our vision mission and core values in school. We have shown each other what
the meaning of vision missions and core values is in our lives. We created the vlog not just
because of us but also because of people who don't know what it means and how important
a vision mission and core values are in life. If you think about the mission and core values of
our school, you can easily understand why our school is going to go to every student. It's
easy to understand them if you really want to understand. We also need those because we
need work so you have to know them because to show people what our school is worth.
Mission is a general statement of how you will achieve your vision. Strategies are a series of
ways of using the mission to achieve the vision. Core values statements of what needs to be
accomplished to implement the strategy. Why is important in our life a vision mission at core
values? Because The vision and mission statements provide a focal point that helps to align
with everyone the organization, thus ensuring that everyone is working towards a single
purpose. This helps to increase efficiency and productivity in the organization. We also
showed in our vlog how the importance of life should be understood and applied in the past.
I also observe why we are made to know that we also need to understand each other and
tell others what it means. Many wonder why our vision mission and our core values at school
are so much like a hospital because with the word healthy today we can answer why
because we have learned and applied ourselves. We also observe in our vlog not only my
own importance but also for those who do not know what our vision, mission and core
values are. Because when you say outside of the school that you are good at school and
you invite people to come to our school and they look good to you, not when you say bad
words outside of school the outcome is also awful. So I reviewed and learned a lot in our
vlog on Vision Mission at Core values.
