Research Design

Sampling:
In order to compute and prove our model we have chosen a quantitative survey
method was performed with respondents from different software houses of
Lahore, Pakistan. We have chosen those software houses with similar chain of
commands and we have kept same format for all software houses. The sample
consists of 36 questions. The sample group is made up of 80 different teams
ranging from the group size of 2 members to 4 members. These teams were
selected on random bases from all of the different software houses. Our
questionnaire consists of 7 different sections that altogether helps us to prove our
topic. We mainly focused on Team Mental Model, Team Cohesiveness as well as
other variables.

Measures:
Team Mental Model:
TMM means groups having common valued goals, multiple tasks and
complementary skills, internal interdependence and coordination, being mutually
accountable for methods, resource use and outcomes, and taking on extended
(managerial) responsibility.
