A Warm Purisimian Greetings!

The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion – Capiz Student
Chapter (PICE CPC-CSC) will conduct its “PEER BONDING” and “BEACH CLEAN UP” on
September 22, 2019 at Kingdom Resort, Lawis, Culasi, Roxas City, Capiz. The activities will start
at 8:30am – 4:30pm. The peer bonding and clean up drive is to develop the unity and
camaraderie between the PICE members and to develop environmental awareness. We will
be conducting team building activity, various games for PICE members.

The budget of this activity will be taken from the PICE members, 160.00 pesos per member.

Attached herewith are the list of PICE members, PICE faculty and staff, barangay clearance,
parents/guardian consent of participants, program, budget listing, and certificates. (This is
included in the action plan for academic 2019-2020).
