INVITATION FOR AN EDUCATIONAL INDUSTRIAL VISIT

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
We have had a very successful, positive and encouraging association with your prestigious
organization with respect to training, recruitment, workshops and events. In an initiative to take
this one step further, we take this opportunity to put forth a proposal for an “Educational
Industrial Visit” for the students of your college. Industrial visit is a part of the course during
which students visit companies and get insight of on the internal working environment of the
company and practical aspects of the course which cannot be visualized in lectures. The details of
our Educational Industrial visit program are furnished below –
 Eligibility – B.Tech. CS, IT, EC, EE, EN, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA
 Itinerary of the Visit – The following events will be a part of the visit –
1. Arrival of the students at the office premises followed by an introduction/orientation
session
2. A 2-3 hours session/workshop of a technology of their field
3. Lunch break (Lunch will be provided by us)
4. Hands on exercise for the students and their familiarization with the industry environment
5. Interactive query, experience sharing, motivational and professional etiquettes session
6. The event concludes with Tea and Snacks
 Duration – 6 Hours
 Date – As per discussion with the college management
 Time – 10 am to 4 pm
 Registration Fee – ₹ 500/- only
 The students will be provided a Certificate of the Industrial Visit.
 Each student must carry the following items with them – Laptop (if they wish to practise on
their own laptop, a diary, a pen)
