RUNDOWN OF ACTIVITIES OF SUBCOMMITTEE OF FFWAB

1. The 1st meeting of FFWAB was held at FFHO on 25 Mar 19.

2. The purpose of the board was close interaction between renowned persona of the cty and FF to
help synergize FF efforts in the welfare field.
3. The proposed board is mandated to act as advisory body to provide strategic direction and policy
guidelines for the welfare activities of FF in edn, TVET, health and dev and empowerment matters.
4. Subcommittee on Edn & stipend was constituted and was tasked to determine its TORs and
submit them for approval of FFWAB during the next meeting.
5. The Subcommittee meeting was scheduled on 15 May 19. However, the same was postponed due
to non aval of members.
6. The meeting was again planned during week ending 26 May 19. However, it could not be
materialised due to non aval of members.
7. In order to expedite the process, a meeting was held at Head Office Roots International Schools
on 30 May 19. Mr Faisal Mushtaq proposed that he would prepare the 1st draft of recommendations by
25 Jun 19 and fwd it to all members for nec output.
8. FF Coord proposed the subcommittee’s meeting for the 2nd qtr of 2019 on 10 Jun 19. However,Edn
Coord requested it to be . rescheduled in the 3rd week of Jul 19
