The Government College students shall make the payment of prescribed fee as instructed by the College authorities. will not be refunded Fees once pai 1) _ FEES CONCESSION AND REIMBURSEMENT FOR SC/ST CANDIDATES WHO SEEK ADMISSION TO BU DEPARTMENTS/CONSTITUENT COLLEGES The SC/ST candidates within Karnataka and whose parents annual income is less than or equal to 2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh fifty thousand only) per annum shall pay the following fees subject to submission of the photocopies of the following valid documents/certificates at the time of admission #. (2) Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred only) excluding *reimbursable compulsory fees for regular seats and (b) Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred only) excluding *reimbursable compulsory fees plus payment fees (the concession fees prescribed under (Column 4) for payment seats. (b) SC/ST of Karnataka students whose parents’ annual income is more than 2,50,000/-. The candidates belonging to minorities (i.e, Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, Sikhs, Jains etc.) whose Parents’ Annual Income is less than 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) are eligible to apply for Fees reimbursement from Minorities Welfare Department (MWD) as per the norms of MWD and fee reimbursement same will be credited to the student's bank account directly. Hence they shall pay the course fee in full to the University. However, the SC/ST candidates whose parents’ annual income is above Rs.2.5 Lakhs the candidates other than SC/ST shall pay the prescribed examination & convocation fees. INSTRUCTIONS TO THE PRINCIPALS OF GOVERNMENT COLLEGES FOR CLAIMING REIMBURSEMENT OF LOSS OF FEE OF SC/ST STUDENTS FROM THE SOCIAL WELFARE DEPARTMENT, ‘The Principals of the Government colleges shall verify whether the candidate has filled the prescribed fee with examination fees and forward the online (post-metric) scholarship application of SC/ST students along with the documents# for claiming reimbursement of loss of fee from the Social Welfare Department, Government of Karnataka ‘The Principals of the Government Colleges shall remit the Examination fee of even and odd semesters of the SC/ST students, reimbursed by the Social Welfare Department to the Registrar (Evaluation) prior to the even semester examination. In case of non-receipt of Fees reimbursement for what-ever reasons mentioned therein by the Social Welfare Department, such students shall be directed to pay the prescribed Regular fees and odd & even semester Examination fees before appearing for the even semester Examination. In case of non-receipt of Fees reimbursement for what-ever reasons mentioned therein by the Social Welfare Department, such students shall be directed to pay the prescribed Regular fees and odd & even semester Examination fees before appearing for the even semester Examination.
