ASSESSMENT TASK 2- PART C

FEEDBACK FROM THE CONSULTATIVE MEETING:

I was participated in consultative meeting with Assessor on 7th Dec 2019. We discussed
about the organisational development plan for Boutique Build Australia.

1. My Assessor was happy with my plan and provided feedback on my understanding

and evaluating the construction industry in Australia.
2. She mentioned the budget for areas of development should be below $30,000, in
which my one was more than $100,000. I briefly described the arrangement for
budget and finally agreed with Assessor to calculate within approved budget.
3. Overall, the plan was forecasting very good strategy on organisational culture at
Boutique Build, planning and implementation of the plan and now I am preparing the
communication and education plan for Boutique.
