WE, ERLINDA O. CALO, single, PURIFICACION C. SUMAGUI, widow and CLARITO DOMINGO C.
SUMAGUI married to GEORGINA PANGANIBAN,, all of legal age, Filipino Citizens, with residence and
postal address at J.P. Rizal, St., Pila, Laguna, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION, of the sum of TWO
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS,(P200,000.00) receipt of the whole amount is hereby accepted and
acknowledged to our entire and complete satisfaction from SPOUSES PAUL JAYSON C. CASINSINAN
AND REZIEL A. DURAN , both of legal age, Filipino Citizens, residents of Brgy. San Francisco, Victoria,
Laguna do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER AND CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the said VENDEE,
PAUL JAYSON C. CASINSINAN AND REZIEL A. DURAN, their heirs successors and assigns parcels of land
more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land Lot 44, Block 16,of the consol./subd. Plan, Pcs. 04-019563,being
a portion of the consol. Of Lots 476-C and Lot 476-E, both of Csd-04-015558-D,situated
in the Barangay of San Francisco, Mun. of Victoria, Province of Laguna. Bounded on the
NE., along line 1-2 by Lot45; on the SE., along line 2-3 by Lot 46, botj of block 16; on the
SW, along line 3=4 by Road Lot 14 (6.00 m. wide) and on the NW., along line 4-1 by Lot 42
Block 16, all of the consol./subd. Plan. Containing an area of SIXTY FOUR (64) SQUARE
METERS.
A parcel of land Lot 45, block 16, of the consol./subd. Plan, Pcs. 04-19563, being
a portion of consol. Of Lots 476-C and LotLot 476-E, both of Csd.-04-015558-D) situated
in the Barangay of San Francisco, Mun. of Victoria, Province of Laguna. Bounded on the
NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 43, Block 16;, on the NE., along line 2-3 by Road Lot 13 (6.00 m.
wide); on the SE., along line 3-4 by Lot 47; and on the SW., along line 4=-1 by Lot 44, both
of Block 16, all of the consol./subd. Plan. Containing an area of SIXTY THREE (63) SQUARE
METERS.
of which parcel of land, we are the absolute and registered owners free from all liens and
encumbrances whatsoever.
That this sale is in accordance of Article 1621-1623 as all adjoining owners have been notified
sixty (60) days before the execution of this instrument.

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for Pila and in the Province of Laguna, personally appeared
ERLINDA O. CALO, PURIFICACION C. SUMAGUI AND CLARITO DOMINGO C. SUMAGUI with their Tax
Identification Number appearing below their respective signatures, known to me and to me known to be
the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledged to me that the same is
their own free and voluntary act and deed.
