Scope
Bakery management system will allow owner to maintain the records in one place which will be
easy to manage and will also reduce risk or errors. Storing information of all products, handling
employee information, easy search for products, feedback and reviews directly, creating and
managing inventory, online system for complaining and providing comfort to customers to order

Objectives
 To introduce delivery system
 To store every information in a well organised manner in the system and to keep its track
 To make the information of transaction reliable by generating list according to bakery
needs
 To make response time of transaction fast by automated system
 To reduce the risk of information from getting lost
 To allow online users to place their order by giving their details
 To generate list of shortage automatically by the system
 To provide facility of adding new category, new products and updating rates of products
depending upon admin
 To make daily task easier and simple
 To make the bakery system fast and efficient

Description and Problem Statement

The main motto of bakery system is to make the workflow flexible and to improve the services
provided to the customers. The bakery shop is part of a large food service chain that provides
desired food items to the customers So it needs to be best in providing the facilities to its
customers.

Tehzeeb bakery is not having an automated system. Bakery lacks any proper recording system to
store their data which is currently stored on register or paper which can be lost or misplace
easily. Bakery does not has any automatic way of generating bills. All the bills are manually
made with a lot of chance of mistake in calculating data. Manually done ordering, billing and
stock recording is making the system slow, inept and inefficient. Moreover presently the bakery
is not providing delivery facility to its customers
