Statement of the Problem

Flooding is a common problem here in the Philippines, which responds to

the immediate needs of an innovative flood control system that will solve the

problem of flooding here in the Philippines.

The study is headed towards testing the effectivity and efficiency of an

innovative means of controlling flood. Moreover, the experiment aims to seek for

an economical approach in flood control methods, as well as its feasibility to control

floods here in the Philippines. Also, the study seeks to, understand the underlying

laws involved in flood, and the mechanism behind flood. The parameters in

identifying flood is a great help in understanding how flood control works in different

situations, thus creating a better means of flood control.
