2. Write a brief note on Program Evaluation and Review Technique 3. Develop a project plan in MS Project having at least 10 tasks. a. Perform Critical Path Analysis for this project. b. Identify the critical tasks and determine the length of critical path. c. Also write down the non-critical tasks along with their slack. d. Perform PERT Analysis for the same project. e. Provide optimistic, pessimistic and expected Gantt Charts. f. Also provide the minimum possible time of completion of the project based on PERT Analysis. 4. Define types of Project Network Diagrams.
