The module on Cracking Marketing Cases has been created to help you
wow your marketing interviewer through a structured framework, with
the limited consumer and category knowledge that you have, on the spot.
This exercise has been created to test your application of the framework
that has been taught to you in the content videos.

What to do?
You need to create a go to market strategy for this problem:
Conceptualize and promote an app that provides delivery services on
demand. If someone requires
something to be bought, picked or delivered, the app assigns an
executive who does the task for the consumer. If you are not clear
what a delivery service app is, go through https://www.dunzo.in

As taught in the videos, we would suggest you follow the following


steps:
a) Divide your market into different segments
b) Target a segment that you feel is most lucrative
c) Frame an Insight based on your understanding of the
consumer’s needs, fears, triggers and barriers
d) Describe to us what features would the Product have and
what would be the proposition of the app
e) Figure out how you would distribute the app to ensure it
reaches your target audience
f) How would you price your product?
g) How would you plan media & Promotion for your app?
Now naturally, while attempting this problem you would have more time
and tools at your disposal than you would have in an interview. Hence, we
would suggest you to focus as much on this specific problem as on the
framework you would be using. Your aim should be to hard code a way to
solve open ended marketing problems that are put to you.

Now it’s time for some real fun! You become a thought leader for us if you
can express your views in a way the student community can benefit from. In
this challenge you need to create a go to market strategy for a product which
we have picked from your own personal charter.

Why did we use your Personal Charter?


We want you to showcase your marketing acumen even when the recruiter
is not asking you marketing questions. We have thus, picked up a product
from your charter itself. Steer that conversation to showcase your skill and
impress them!

What to do?
No you don’t have to make a PPT this time. We want you to write an article.
Why? Because that’s the only way to really sharpen your thought process.
And then go ahead and post it on LinkedIn. This will help you polish your
writing skills and thought process. It’s also an opportunity to build your
profile and get into this priceless ability to write. Since you’ll publish it on
LinkedIn, ensure that you’re grammatically coherent. You might like to use
online grammar checking tools like Grammarly, etc.

example, you can write something on these lines:
