    TECHNOLOGY ROOM SAFETY POSTER

    SAFETY:
    Whenever you enter the technology room make sure your tie and blazer
    are off, your hair is tied back and your bags are in the cupboard or
    under your table. Do not run around the technology room due to the fact
    you could hurt other students.

    Whenever you go to use a solder iron you should


    make sure you’re sat down. You must have your
    goggles on most of the time but especially when using
    a soldering iron or any other dangerous machines/
    mechanics otherwise you are breaking the health
    article. Before you use a soldering iron make sure you
    have been instructed on how to use it.

    When u use the pillar type drill you should always wear
    goggles to stop anything you cut getting into your eyes.
    Whenever you use a drill do NOT put your hand near the
    drill unless it is turned off and not drilling into an object.
    The most important rule is keep the safe guard down
