“My First Day High”

First day of school excites every student.

My first day was bright sunny morning, I remember being so anxious, I woke up early and
packed my new bag full of new school items. It is difficult for me as a transferee to adjust in my
new school because I know I will encounter different person and different personality of person
and a new surroundings.
As I enter the gate of Vicente Andaya Sr.National high school I am full of expectations, fear
and excitement. I see the beauty of the school campus and being organize as well it was neat
and clean. We search for our new classroom which is located in the third floor as I step with a
smile inside our new classroom I see a different faces of my new classmates and new adviser.
We start knowing each other and then we became friends.

The nervous I feel was already gone because I find out that they are a nice person. That was
only the start of my journey of being a senior high school and it’s really different than to my
junior high school experience. Before I never get serious in my study I’m became stubborn and
just doing naughty things with my friends. I’m not listening to my teacher when he/she discuss
in front and I sleep during class. But now I need to become more serious in my study and I need
to listen carefully when my teacher discussing a lesson so that I can understand and learn what
they are teach on us.

I know that in this new chapter of my journey in education I will face a lot of challenges and
problems, a lot of task to do and submit it on the deadline. Therefore I need to have a time
management so that I can manage my time correctly and accurately. Reporting is one of my
weakness because I am a silent type of person, scared to share and tell my thoughts but now I
want to go out on my shell and give my best to my studies, to explore new things and earn
more knowledge and in the future I will harvest the fruit of my hardshid. My first day high is a
new beginning. Even though there are many obstacle block my way I will still strive and pursue
to learn to reach my goal in life and have a bright future.
