The vice dean opened the meeting. The LCVP OGV then explained about the Global Volunteer program and the GVKKN cooperation to the teachers. There was a question and answer session about the Global Volunteer and GVKKN. The meeting concluded with the teachers agreeing to the proposed GVKKN cooperation.
