Warm greetings!

I am writing this letter to inform you of my humble request and intent to transfer to
another working station, from FS Omayana NHS (BNHS Annex) to Buenavista SPED, for
the following reasons:

1. I want to practice my chosen field of master’s degree, which is Master of Arts in

Teaching Special Education.

2. I heard from a very reliable source that Buenavista SPED is in need of additional
teachers who can cater to those children with special needs, and I believe I have the
capability for such need.

3. I have been teaching at FS Omayana NHS for 5 years now and I already have 24
masteral units. Thinking that I am already qualified, I applied for a promotion by
submitting my ERF documents to the designated personnel at the Division Office. I
was told I need to have 3 years teaching experience, with teaching loads for children
with special needs, in a SPED school and a summer training in SPED for my application
to be honored.

With all these reasons and more, I am hoping for your favorable action regarding this
request.
