Pending the receipt of the payment, the other Arbitrator was not inclined to have intemal meetings as he has not received any amount so for from the Respondent, where as other Arbitrators received the Claimant share. As such AT could not fix any dates for internal meetings. 5. __ Recently the Claimant through letter dated 12.05.2018, cited (ii) above conveyed their willingness to AT to make the payment of the Respondent share also. Arbitrators informed the Claimant the details of the amount to be deposited towards the Respondent share. Sri. B.K. Das, Co-Arbitrator informed that he had received the Respondent share from the Claimant.
