With reference to your letter mentioned above, the Completion Certificates of OFC
Network in prescribed pro forma of following Blocks have been obtained from BSNL. These
certificates have been got cross checked with A/T Report and are hereby declared commissioned.
Details are at Annexure.
The OFC Network for the GPs, whose A/T have been done and are lit, have already been
handed over to CSC-SPV on "as is where is" basis for O&M and FLM purposes in the light of BBNL
letter no. BBNL/COICGM/OAU of BharatNet Phase-t by CSC-SpV /ZOLI/22, dated ltfl.ZOIg.
