We, Purchaser/ Borrower confirms and undertakes the following:

1. We have obtained a loan from CNH Industrial Capital (India) Private Limited (“CNH Capital”) in terms of
the loan agreement dated 24.04.2018 The payment for the purchase made in terms of this purchase
order shall be made by disbursement under the said loan (which we will repay as per the terms of the
Loan Agreement). Therefore, this purchase order shall be treated as a drawdown request in terms of
the Loan Agreement and the amount of purchase mentioned in the Invoice issued by the Supplier
against the enclosed Purchase Order be disbursed directly to CASE NEW HOLLAND CONSTRUCTION
EQUIPMENT (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED.

2. The amount to be disbursed pursuant to this Drawdown Request is equivalent to an amount of the
Invoice issued by the Supplier against the enclosed Purchase Order within the credit facility limits
available under the Loan Agreement.

3. Terms defined in the Loan Agreement shall have the same meaning in this Drawdown Request.

4. This Drawdown Request is made on the date of the Purchase Order enclosed herewith

5. We confirm that each condition specified in Clause 4.1 (conditions precedent) is satisfied on the date of
this Drawdown Request.

6. We further confirm that that there is no Event of Default or potential Event of Default has occurred, is
in existence and/or is continuing.
