RE: ALLOWABLE MINIMUM WITHDRAWALS ON A WEEKLY BASIS

Attention: All members and its subordinates we are writing this MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR pertinent to the
aforementioned subject.

Please be advised the following guidelines:

GENERAL RULE:

ALL MEMBERS AND SUBORDINATES PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT THE ALLOWED MINIMUM
WITHDRAWALS ON A WEEKLY BASIS SHALL BE PHP4,000.00 (FOUR THOUSAND PESOS). Further,
any amount lower than Php4,000.00 (FOUR THOUSAND PESOS) is strictly prohibited.

EXCEPTIONS:

Unless otherwise allowed by the management.

Note:

“INTEGRITY IS ON TOP EVERYTHING”

This MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR shall take effect on 16 SEPTEMBER 2019.
