Radiante Co. was developed and found by Ms. Raven Roxas. It is said to be her most efficient business of
all time. She used natural extracts as for her skin care and come up to the idea that she could make skin
care products out of it. The Radiante Co. aims to provide people a new idea of what nature can do for
our skin. As time goes by, Ms. Roxas recognized the skin benefits of the natural extracts of has so, later
on, she formulated skin care products out of natural extracts for those who are conscious about their
skin especially the young adults.

Radiante Co. is a natural skin care company that creates natural skin care products that will exceeds
standards of our customers especially the young adults in making their skin healthy without using
harmful chemicals that has adverse effect in the skin and also to our environment.

This company is composed of the noble and hardworking men and women namely: Ms. Raven Roxas, the
founder and also the Chief Executive Officer who was inspired to create natural beauty products because of
her extraordinary love to our nature. Ms. Coleen Jan Alexa Rodrin, the Financial Manager, who is responsible
for the circulation of the money within the company. Ms. Angelica Quilatan, the Sales Manager who is
responsible for making strategies in achieving the sales target that will eventually generate revenue for the
organization. Mr. Kenneth Remulla, the Operational Manager who is responsible for all the operating and
manufacturing system of the corporation, he’s also concern for all the processes made for the conditioner, he
also ensure the quality of the raw materials in making our skin care products. Ms. Arianne Reyes, the
Advertising Supervisor who is concern with the online, tarpaulin and flyer advertisements. She’s also the one
who decides what an advertisement should contain such as: the benefits, price and special features of the
product. Mr. Ace Rhome Saringayat, the Marketing Supervisor who decides where will the product be
distributed, he’s also concern with the market price and sales of the product.
