INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER/ CONTENT DEVELOPMENT

SPECIALIST

Qualifications:
 At least 2 to 3 years experience in a similar content management/ digital production role.
 Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology.
 Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
 Knowledge with scenario based and compliance training.
 Experience in using Adobe Captivate or Articulate.
 Visual Design Skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard.
 Experience supporting a Risk, Compliance, Fraud and Disputes Account is an advantage.
 Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management
System.
 Can create responsive eLearning courses, Video Demonstrations and Interactive Videos, Virtual
Reality Training and 360 Learning experiences, click-and-drag based interactions using Adobe
Captivate.
 At least 1 year of BPO training experience.
 Open to any shift schedule.
 Willing to work in BGC, Taguig.

Salary: Php60,000.00 to Php70,000.00 /month
