Preparation of project reports

 No more than 1 page
 The abstract content should describe the entire
project which usually includes a brief
introduction, problem statement, project
objective, methodology / method used and
results. Use one or two sentences for each of the
mentioned items. The number of paragraphs
used is one.

 This section contains a table of contents and
pages
e. List of tables
 This list is required if there is a table used in
report writing; and
 The table title in the report should be written at
the top of the table.
f. diagrams
 This list is required if there are diagrams used
in the writing of the report; and
 The headline in the report should be written at
the bottom of the diagram.
g. Chapter 1: Introduction

This section describes the introduction (related to


the project title), the goals, objectives, scope of the
project and the background of the problem in
general (or problem statement for the case study)
and the importance of the project. This section also
reports on the planning and expected outcome of
the project to be undertaken or the overall outcome
of the project to be implemented or the overall
outcome of the project for the project that has been
implemented.

h. chapter 2: scientific study

This section describes the results of the library


study of the project being developed.

i. chapter 3: methodology
This section describes the methodology,
methodology and planning of the project
implementation (spare parts, work schedules
and others).
j. chapter 4: results and discussions
This section will describe the findings of the project,
the analysis of the data obtained and the review of
the findings obtained from the project being
implemented.

k. Chapter 5: Conclusions and Recommendations

This section discusses the findings of the project,


the recommendations that can be implemented in
the future and explains the overall conclusion of the
project and the work that has been done.

l. References
This section contains a list of specific references
that have been used in the writing of the project
report above.
