Plan Building or Construction Work

Working Individually but utilising in-class discussion

Prepare a Site Condition report

 Chose a vacant site within existing established properties

 Record details of existing site conditions including taking photographs of:

 existing condition of the site such as trees, vegetation, slope, aspect

to north as well as the condition of existing fences

 location of existing service connection points

 Location of boundaries

 any features of neighbouring properties that will require attention

and/or protection from future damage claims,

 existing condition of pavement & crossovers

 Compile the recorded details as well as photos into a report that could be

presented to the owners of adjoining properties or the local council/shire prior

to construction commencing.
