Fruits and Vegetable Cards

These can be used as bingo balls for Fruit and Vegetable Bingo or if you print two copies as cards for
the game Memory. It is recommended that the cards are put onto poster board and cut out.

Note: Technically, a tomato is a fruit in the ‘scientific’ definition of fruit and a strawberry is not. A
cucumber is also a fruit. However, in cultural terms (or, if you like, culinary terms) a tomato (like a
cucumber) acts as vegetable and are eaten as vegetables. ‘Fruity’ is an adjective that means ‘like a
fruit’. Culturally, would you apply this adjective to a cucumber?
