I. Research
It is unique – Since it’s not really that well known event over here in our
country, we can say that this concept is unique and because this kind of
concept can fill the atmosphere with positive energy, laughter, love,
excitement and etc.
It brings people together – Whether it’s a relatives , in – laws , friends
and others this event will bring them together to celebrate the new
blessing to be part of their lives.
It has a purpose – As what we have mentioned above its purpose id to
celebrate the upcoming birth of a baby, something worth celebrating for.
What category of event does it fall under? Why?
Family events – because this is meaningful and significant event for the family
and most families want it to make a favourable impression on relatives and friends.
SWOT Analysis
The Designs of this Event still depends on the person (clients). Here are
some examples of Baby Shower Designs:
III. Planning
The three (3) basic laws
Time – This is needed because it affects the cost and sometimes the
successful of the event. We need time to meet with our clients, vendors,
suppliers and etc. to avoid conflict in the event.
Space – This is also needed to identify where to hold the event (venue)
to match the participant’s needs, wants and expectations.
Tempo – This is the final law of event planning, this is done to be able
to set up schedule of the event and making sure that each actions are
being performed at the best time as this makes an event memorable to
the participants.
IV. Evaluation
Survey – conducting immediate feedbacks of the participants of the
event. This is done for us to know the level of satisfactions each
participants felt in their experience in the event.
Pre-even and Post-event Survey – This Is also a great form of
Evaluation that is done to determine the participants knowledge ,
opinions , suggestions and other information during and after the event
to match expectations vs. reality.
