The humble petitioner most respectfully begs to submit the

application as under-

1. That the petitioner filed Appeal before the Rajasthan Civil

Service appellate tribunal bearing Appeal no. 0955/2014
titled as Vijendra Kumar Surolia versus Director Secondary
Education and others challenging the order of A.P.O. dated
7/3/2019 and relieving order dated 23/3/2019 and prayed
that the said order be cancelled and the appellant petitioner
may be allowed to work as Principal Govt. Sr. Sec. School
Puranabas District Sikar with regular salary and all
benefits.
2. That the learned Tribunal was kind enough to pass an
interim order in favour of the petitioner on 25/4/2019
whereby operation of the order dated 7/3/2019 and
23/3/2019 was stayed in favour of the petitioner. A Copy of
the interim order dated 24/4/2019 is submitted herewith and
marked as Annexure -1
