Note:

1)This Hall Ticket is valid only for the Regular Comprehensive Examinations on April 04 - 05, 2009.
2)Appearing in both Mid Semester Tests as well as Comprehensive Exams is mandatory for clearing any course.
3)Please check all the information given in this Hall Ticket carefully. If there is any discrepancy in your course package or
identification information, please contact the Incharge Registration, Mr.Arvind at DLP Division at arvindr@bits-pilani.ac.in
immediately. Always refer your complete ID No and Name in all your transactions with BITS, Pilani.
4) You must carry this Hall-Ticket to the examination centre.  You will not be permitted to appear in examinations
without the Hall-Ticket.
5)All Comprehensive Exams are of OPEN BOOK type. You can carry any printed/written reference material (properly
bound) with you during the exams. No loose sheets should be brought in. Please bring your own calculators and writing
instruments. No exchange of any material will be permitted. 
6)Mobile Phones, Pagers and Computers of any kind should not be brought inside the examination premises.
7) You must reach the exam venue at least 30 minutes before the start of each exam session. Students reaching
the exam venue late (after the start of the exam) will not be permitted to take the exam.
8) As the parking space may be limited or not available at some exam centres, students should make their own
arrangements for parking their vehicles elsewhere.
9) Please carry a bottle of drinking water with you during the exams.
10)Use of any unfair means will result in severe disciplinary action.
11)Please refer to the "Important Information" link on the BITS DLPD website for the latest details of the venue of the
exam centres, procedure for applying for makeup exams, procedure for change of exam centre and directions to the
venue at Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Goa, Hyderabad and Dubai exam centres.
