1. The Pay scale asked was wrong as it was before they joined the organization.

2. To observe workmen as regular workmen of the management. This cannot be done as they are
hired on contract basis.
3. Asking for higher wages and benefits of arrears. Cannot be done as the pay scale will be told to
contractor.
4. Company not abiding the judgment of court.
