    Dear Mr. Bolante:

    We thank you for a letter of 6th June 2019 with your professional criticism about
    our customer service.

    The report that we received that our staffs somehow offended you at their
    handling of your team when you visited us. On behalf of the Pik-Café Family, we
    humbly offer our apologies. And as for our employees, we will conduct random
    drug test to ensure the drug-free establishment we ought to be and to orient
    them enough to make sure the customers are highly satisfied for their services.

    We will help every parties being aggravated to this event and discipline our
    employees accordingly to their offenses.

    Again, we humbly offer this sincerely humble apology. Thank you for visiting us
